Damn It I'm on a Cleanse

My Coworker brought this in to me today-Day 1 of my cleanse. It's calling to me but I'm resisting its evil beckoning. I do some type of cleanse at least once a month for 2-3 days to detox. Whole foods only- no caffeine, no alcohol, no cake.
Do you cleanse? Juice cleanse? food cleanse? Let us know what you do to detox.
