Danielle and I went to Irvine's newest Hipster food hang out: Trade Food Hall. It's only been fully open for a short time. The center it's in is slowly transforming into a new food centric area with a sushi place, artisan ramen and hipster coffee and juice spots surrounding Irvine Pack and Ship and the ubiquitous Subway. We ate at Pig Pen delicacy and at Two Birds Fried Chicken and Sandwiches. There are other places we'll have to hit up next time and We'll report back with our findings.
We went to Bingo Burger in downtown Colorado Springs or just "the Springs" as the locals like to call it. Bingo Burger features local farm to table burgers, fries, shakes (adult & kid friendly) and local craft brews. www.bingoburger.com Great Food and friendly staff. Keep in mind if your burger isn't juicy enough to running down your arms it's not as good as is should be. You'll be yelling BINGO! as soon as you bite into yours.
